It has been my pleasure to work with the Grand Forks Foundation for Education and Alumni Network on many projects. The latest of these projects has been promotional materials for Giving Hearts Day. Giving Hearts Day is an annual 24-hour give-a-thon in North Dakota and western Minnesota.
The materials were created to promote Grand Forks Foundation for Education and Alumni Network’s involvement in this day. This year the Foundation is raising funds for the Head Start Playground Project.
The postcard (shown above) was created in partnership with Valley Memorial Homes. It was sent out to remind past donors and members of the upcoming donation day.
The business card “High 5’s for Headstart” is a handout piece to encourage potential donors to find five friends to also donate.
The social media content contained similar messaging as well as giving recognition to matching donors and post-event thank yous. The images created included a Facebook cover image, a Twitter cover image and multiple images for posts.
Above: Facebook and Twitter cover images. It is important to have specific images for each because the dimensions are different for both platforms.
Above: Post Images and post event thank image. Thank you image made for each one of their five generous donors.
I wish Grand Forks Foundation for Education and Alumni Network well on another successful Giving Hearts Day.
